You may notice that my schedule only shows availability for October onwards. I will be away from August 20th-September 30th. You can also add your name to the wait list and I will be calling everyone on that list as soon as I know my start date. Irina now works full time in Grande Cache (16-20 days a month).

You will also notice Manuela Lapraino is available to book at Chetwynd, Mackenzie, and Valemount. It is NOT IRINA working at those locations.

Please note there will be a small annual rate increase May 2026 consistent with the rate of inflation. Follow-up appointments will increase to $120 per hr. Initial consults will be amended from 75m to 90m to allow for the intake, a full 1hr treatment & Acugraph reading. Please note appointments with Manuela at locations outside of my home base [Grande Cache] will be $130 to more accurately reflect the costs associated with travel work.

Irina offers DIRECT INSURANCE BILLING. Please fill in your billing information in the Intake form. Manuela does not yet have direct billing set up, so you will have to pay upfront and then submit your receipts.

If you cannot find the time you are looking for, please join the WAIT LIST [bottom of the page], especially if you are in the towns less frequently visited. This will allow Manuela to contact you about coming in when a space opens up.
